第四    打開你的爐火

Fifth......Grind your favorite coffee bean and condense the delicious espresso powder in your espresso maker on the stove

第五    研磨你最喜愛的咖啡豆    把磨好的咖啡粉壓密在咖啡壺   放到爐上

Sixth ......Wait for the aromatic steam meanwhile chop your mushrooms  frank sausages and potatoes with a whistle of a song from the food channel you love

第六     等待香濃的蒸氣   同時切好你的蘑菇  法來客香腸  和馬鈴薯   伴著口哨吹著你最愛的美食頻道裡的一首歌

Seventh...Prepare two fresh eggs from the organic weekend market and be ready on the table

第七     準備兩個剛剛從週末市集買來的新鮮有機雞蛋   待用在桌上

Eighth.....Pour a dip of nice olive oil in the pan and slowly fry all the colorful vegetables like a wizard preparing a charm   

第八     滴一點好桿欄油到鍋中   像巫師在準備魔藥一樣   慢火煎煮鮮豔的五彩蔬菜  

Ninth..... slowly stew with a small cup of water with a spoon of Dutch honey    

第九     慢慢地燉煮   加一小杯水和一小匙荷蘭蜂蜜

Tenth......Pan fry the sausage with two sunny side eggs with a nice composition of red and yellow.   

第十      用美麗的紅和黃的構圖      在鍋中煎臘腸和兩個半熟蛋

Eleventh.....Put ice in the glass you steal from the favorite cafe and pure "Whole" milk to 1/9 of the glass (no diet today...please!) 

第十一   在你從最喜歡的咖啡店偷來的玻璃杯裡放滿冰塊     到"全脂"牛奶到九分滿  ( 今天不要減肥   拜託!)

Twelfth.. Count to 10 before the cooking and the espresso is going to be ready

第十二   在早餐和濃縮咖啡要煮好前    從一數到十

Thirteenth...Find a nice white dish and sliver breakfast fork and knife   ....dish your brunch at a sunny corner with a garden view  

第十三   找一個好的白的盤子和銀製的早餐刀插   裝盤你的早餐在一個有花園景致的窗邊

Fourteenth....Turn on your stereo with volume 15 .....play "Glamorous indie rock & roll" by The killers ...

第十四   打開你的音響    轉到音量調到十五        放奇樂樂團的"華美的另類搖滾"   

Fifteen........Take a breath  ..sip your latte ....and dip your brownish honeyed potato with the cream yolk when it's still warm.. 

第十五    深呼吸一口氣    酌一小口你的拿鐵     趁著還熱的時候     將焦黃色的蜂蜜馬鈴薯沾著香濃的蛋黃吃   

Sixth .........Feel satisfied and happy you were born to be a human

第十六    感覺大滿足   覺得當人真是好阿!
